Largely speaking, Indore has developed along two primary axes which are the NS and the EW axes. M.G. Road or the EW axis has heavy commercial activities both in old as well as new city. The NS axis along the Agra Bombay Road (A.B. Road) and has witnessed steep commercial development in the recent past. The junction of the two roads, Palasia, could be refered to as a centre point of Indore.

On this basis, the site location is less than 3 km. from the centre of the city. Further, the site is only 1.3 km from Suyash hospital on A.B. Road. Within a radius of five km all major facilities are available.
