Incorporated on the 15th of December 2003, the company has been started with a commitment to deliver better products to the growing consumer demand by the help of technical expertise and honest business practices.

The main objects of the company are:

1.To carry on the business of builder, contractor. To equip. Improve work, railways, roadways, docks, harbor, canals, water courses, reservoirs, embankments, irrigations, reclamations, sewage drainage, other sanitary works, water, gas and other supply works and erection of every kind. To carry on the business of Architect, Engineers, Estate agent, and property brokers.

2.To carry on the business of property developer, property renovator, property repair & maintenance, contractor, colonizers, township developer, building contractor and erector for factories, warehouse cold storage, godowns.

The vision

To excel in a market which has vigilant customers by delivering them quality products at a reasonable price thereby achieving the “Value for money” tag. We intend to do so by being efficient in our efforts and designs, maximizing utilization of our resources, and frugal in-house expenses.

The Management
The company has two directors.

One is as architect who completed his graduation (B. Arch) in 1999 and has been in the industry since. During this period, he has been a member of the team that was consultant to the Government of Rajasthan for the conservation of the built heritage of Jaipur and Amber under an ADB (Asian Development Bank) funded project called “Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project” (R.U.I.D.P.). The team was headed by Ar. Nimish Patel, a jury member of South Asian Pacific Architectural awards.

The other director has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from I.I.M.B. in 1992 and has been in various top multinational investment firms both in India and abroad.

Experience
The first venture was a modest step in the construction industry which was to serve as a test run. A total of 2,000 sq.ft. of land was purchased upon which two small row houses were constructed and sold.

This small venture was very educative and encouraging. It gave immense confidence to the company and helped it launch itself in the market. In the process the team was also developed so as to embark on bigger projects.

Functioning
Formed by professionals, the company never cuts corners to make hasty profits. As a policy, the company provides its customers with assurance by way of complete transparency in paper work.
